The principal aim of the College is to make responsible lawyers. For a better education, training is required for solving legal issues, which will arise in the society. Since legal language is one of the principal instruments for lawyers, we are equipping the students with the capacity in English for Special Purpose (ESP). The Substantive and procedural laws are the backbone of every law and we are teaching the students it. Since the motto of the college is, ‘value is the only guarantee for justice’ (as mentioned by Justice Cardozo) along with law principles of law, the college is imparting the principles of values and morals.

We are working under the Advocates Act, 1961, the Central bar Council of India (BCI), and Bar Council of India Legal Education Rules of the Central Government of India as well as under State Government of Kerala and Calicut University. The admission to management quota is done by the Trust as per the Acts, Rules and Notifications of the Central and State governments. The enrolment will lead to advocate judges, law officers, law teachers etc. The Government periodically determines the fee. The students shall pay other expenses like cost of the books, identity card, laptop, uniform, expenses for court visit, expenses for chamber visit, expenses for community service, participating in ADR, study tours, hostel expenses, mess charges etc. The students who are eligible for the scholarships if not paid directly can deposit in the official account and take it back from the account on an application. As per the criterion fixed by the Trust, some eligible students will be provided with the awards by the Trust. Since the trust following all the ethical standards and is subjected to the surveillance of the Central and State Government and its agencies and since the course is under the supervision of Calicut University and UGC no sham practice is possible in any juncture of the courses offered by the College.
